SEER2 (Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio 2): Indicates an HVAC system’s cooling efficiency over an entire season, using updated 2023 testing standards that better reflect real-world operating conditions.
IEER (Integrated Energy Efficiency Ratio): Reflects a system’s overall seasonal cooling efficiency by averaging performance across multiple part-load operating conditions.
HSPF2 (Heating Seasonal Performance Factor 2): Rates a heat pump’s overall heating efficiency across an entire season using updated 2023 test procedures for more realistic performance.
COP (Coefficient of Performance): Expresses how efficiently a heat pump produces heat by comparing the amount of heating output to the electrical energy it consumes at a given operating condition.
No Hassle Warranty
If compressor, coil or heat exchanger fails due to defect during the applicable No Hassle Replacement limited warranty time period, a one-time replacement with a comparable unit will be provided.
Operation
A single-stage unit operates at full capacity when on, a two-stage unit has two levels of operation (low for mild heating needs and high for maximum heating), and a modulating unit continuously adjusts its output to match the precise heating demands, offering more efficient and consistent temperature control.
